Guest agrees to maintain the home in the condition it was in at the time he/she took possession and to assume responsibility for any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear. Guest also agrees to use the property and facilities at their own risk and do not hold the owners responsible for any injury, sickness, loss, or damage, however caused to guests or property during their stay at the house.
Payment Details
The rental rate is $450.00 per day or $2,800.00 per week between May 15 and October 1 and $350,00 per day or $2,150.00 per week between October 2 and May 14. Weekly rents commence Monday at noon though the following Sunday at noon. (Exception if a Holiday falls on a Monday) Summer rates shall apply during school and college spring vacations (Spring Break).
Security Deposit:	$1,000.00
The Maid Service fee will be automatically charged unless you specify otherwise below I will use the Maid Service YesNo
Important Note: Deposits first received for specific dates of occupancy guarantee a reservation. You will get a Reservation Verification Letter by email as a reservation receipt.
