I am verifying your reservation for the Coleman's Hideaway House, 80340 Pacific Street, Arch Cape, Oregon, for the following dates:______________________________________________________________________________

The rental rate is $450.00 per day or $2,800.00 per week between May 15 and October 1 and $350,00 per day or $2,150.00 per week between October 2 and May 14. Weekly rents commence Monday at noon though the following Sunday at noon. (Exception if a Holiday falls on a Monday) Summer rates shall apply during school and college spring vacations (Spring Break) and Holidays.

We require from you to make your beds completely and wash the linens before leaving. In the event you do not wish to do this, you must let me know before your arrival date, in order for me to make arrangements with our maid, as she has other residences to clean. There is an additional charge of $250.00 for this service, and it will be automatically charged unless you have specified otherwise on your application. All monies, including the cleaning fee, are due prior to your arrival date.

We have received your payment for $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) covering the Refundable Security Deposit. Your $_________________ payment is due before ___/___/___ and it is broken down as follows:
